BEACH CONCERT

"Sea, Flavours, Tradition, Music" are the defining themes of the evening on Wednesday, July 1, in Lacco Ameno, as part of the celebrations in honour of Our Lady of Grace.
The beach will provide a stunning setting for "Notes Under the Stars", a concert featuring baritone and singing actor Gaetano Maschio, soprano Filomena Piro, and singer Elisabetta Maschio, accompanied on piano by Maestro Silvano Trani. Together, they will pay tribute to the timeless charm of the Neapolitan song tradition—a musical heritage of extraordinary cultural value that continues to inspire, move audiences, and express the identity of a people.
For this special occasion, the most beloved Neapolitan melodies will be interwoven with the creative energy of Otto, a young artist who performs original songs in the local dialect. Through an authentic and spontaneous style, his music blends the roots of the Green Island with his own personal memories, creating a unique and contemporary sound.
This event celebrates music, culture, and the identity of the local community, bringing together tradition and innovation in a setting of exceptional natural beauty and cultural significance.
The concert, beginning at 9:00 PM on the beach in front of the Parish Church of St. Mary of Grace in Lacco Ameno, will follow the "Pane e Pummalore" Festival. Inspired by the title of one of Otto's songs, the festival highlights one of the island's oldest rural culinary traditions.
A harmonious blend of flavours, music, and community spirit, the evening promises to delight both residents and visitors alike.
