Forgotten Island directed by Joel Crawford and Januel Mercado, follows two newly graduated best friends who have known each other since childhood and are now ready to embark on different paths in life.
During their last night together, Jo and Raissa stumble upon a mysterious portal that transports them to the fantastical island of Nakali, a place inhabited by magical and mythical creatures they have always heard about in stories from their Filipino families. Some of these creatures will become allies, while others will become enemies.
Alongside Raww (voiced by Dave Franco in the original version), a well-meaning but somewhat clumsy werewolf-dog, and a small but determined group of new companions, Jo and Raissa must face the fearsome Manananggal (Lea Salonga), the most dangerous creature on the island.
When they discover that the price for returning home is sacrificing all the memories of their friendship, Jo and Raissa must find a way to leave the island before they forget each other forever...
