CELEBRATIONS IN HONOR OF THE SERAPHIC FATHER SAINT FRANCIS PROCESSION AND MUSICAL PERFORMANCE

Saturday, October 3rd

10:30 AM – Meeting with the children attending catechism at the parish of Santa Maria Assunta dello Spirito Santo.

In the afternoon – The Città di Ischia Musical Band will perform throughout the streets of the parish.

5:15 PM – Franciscan Crown

6:00 PM – Holy Mass and reading of the Transitus of Saint Francis

7:00 PM – Procession with the venerated statue of Saint Francis.

Route: Via Mirabella, Via A. Sogliuzzo, Via Luigi Mazzella, Via San Giovan Giuseppe della Croce, Piazzale Aragonese, Via Luigi Mazzella, Via Pontano, Via Champault, Vecchio Carcere, Spiaggia dei Pescatori, and return to the church.

Upon returning to the church, veneration and kissing of the Saint's relic.

9:30 PM – Musical performance by Frank e Antonello
FOOD STALL at the Convent parking area.
