 ns with the Harbour Master's Office\, law enforcement authorities\, and th
 e agencies responsible for public safety\, the 94th edition of the Festa a
  Mare agli Scogli di Sant'Anna\, originally scheduled for Sunday\, July 26
 \, has been postponed to Friday\, July 31\, 2026.Weather and sea forecasts
  predict rain\, strong winds\, and rough sea conditions that are not compa
 tible with the safe staging of the event\, including the traditional parad
 e of allegorical boats\, the pyromusical fireworks display\, and the thous
 ands of boats that gather each year in Cartaromana Bay.Forecasts also rema
 in uncertain through Wednesday\, July 29\, making it impossible to carry o
 ut the necessary offshore setup operations and any restoration or reorgani
 zation activities in complete safety.This decision has been made with the 
 utmost sense of responsibility\, placing public safety above all else. Unp
 redictable weather has always been one of the challenges in organizing the
  Festa a Mare agli Scogli di Sant'Anna\, and the event has been postponed 
 for the same reasons on previous occasions\, including the most recent edi
 tion.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to residents\, vi
 sitors\, and businesses that had planned to attend. We also extend our hea
 rtfelt thanks to the participating associations\, the Harbour Master's Off
 ice\, law enforcement agencies\, all involved organizations\, and the many
  volunteers for their cooperation and support.We look forward to welcoming
  you on Friday\, July 31\, 2026.The event programme remains unchanged and 
 will begin at 8:30 PM.Join us to celebrate the 94th Festa a Mare agli Scog
 li di Sant'Anna together.\n&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;\nStarting at 7:00 PM\
 , the Città di Ischia Musical Band will parade through the historic centre
  of Ischia Ponte\, with several stops along the route up to Piazzale Arago
 nese and back\, performing symphonic marches.\nAt 7:30 PM\, the pre-festiv
 al programme begins with a presentation by Anna Castagna\, who will introd
 uce the audience to artist Romolo Bianco. He will perform a voice and guit
 ar show\, taking the audience on a journey through the melodies of classic
  Neapolitan songs while accompanying the anticipation of the most magical 
 night of the Ischian summer.\nAt around 9:00 PM\, the bay will be transfor
 med by the colours of the celebration\, hosted by Mariagrazia Nicotra\, Cl
 audio Iacono\, and Beppi Banfi\, who will launch the evening’s magic with 
 the parade of the four allegorical boats.\nAmong this year’s new highlight
 s\, one in particular carries the scent of myth and rises from the sea:“Si
 renes – Mermaid Experience”\, a legend brought to life\, created and imagi
 ned by Alessandro D’Auria in the beating heart of Cartaromana Bay.\nHere\,
  the water becomes a stage—fluid\, luminous\, and boundless. The sea itsel
 f will welcome a performance designed to enchant\, move\, and remain forev
 er in the memories of those who experience the evening.\nFollowing the par
 ade of the allegorical boats\, the award ceremony and the announcement of 
 the winning association will take place. The night will culminate with the
  highly anticipated illumination of Aragonese Castle\, followed by a spect
 acular pyromusical fireworks show that will transform the bay into a scene
