DESCRIPTION:During the holiday season\, a much-anticipated event returns to
  Lacco Ameno\, which in previous editions has met with great praise and ap
 preciation. “LaccOnArt – I’ll Take You There\,” now in its 4th edition\, c
 onfirms itself as an engaging project aimed at rediscovering the territory
 \, its roots and traditions. A journey through time—from the Greek settlem
 ents of the 8th century BC to the tourism boom of the mid-20th century—off
 ering an educational and awareness-raising experience through an engaging 
 walk through the historic center of the town. The initiative brings island
  visitors closer to the places and to the rich environmental\, architectur
 al and cultural heritage of Lacco Ameno.\nOn Friday 26 December and Wednes
 day 31 December\, as part of the holiday events program\, archaeologist Ma
 riangela Catuogno will guide participants along an itinerary embracing arc
 haeology\, landscape and intangible culture—elements that over the centuri
 es have been fundamental to the growth of Lacco Ameno and its community. T
 his is not a simple excursion through the geographic layout of the “town o
 f the Fungo\,” but a true experience of “territorial storytelling\,” desig
 ned to connect participants and local communities through history\, art an
 d culture.\nThe tour begins at 10:00 a.m. at Villa Arbusto\, with a guided
  visit to the rooms of the Pithecusae Archaeological Museum\, which recoun
 ts the history of the island of Ischia from prehistory to the Roman age. T
 he itinerary then continues through the town center\, among the ancient 18
 th-century buildings along the main street\, through a narrative that enco
 mpasses the tradition of thermal baths and mineral waters\, religious arch
 itecture\, craftsmanship and fishing (including the tuna-trap tradition)\,
  the myth of Angelo Rizzoli—who reinvented island tourism with an unpreced
 ented international vision—and the evocative richness of intangible cultur
 e\, starting with the Feast of Saint Restituta and the historical-liturgic
 al reenactment in the Bay of San Montano.\nThe cost of participation in th
 e guided itinerary is €6 per person.\nFor archaeologist and cultural commu
 nicator Mariangela Catuogno\, who will accompany participants on the “Lacc
 OnArt – I’ll Take You There” routes\, “this initiative has become firmly e
 stablished over time through an increasingly structured program that has s
 een growing participation\, not only in numbers but also in terms of inter
 est\, curiosity and appreciation. In past years\, despite many hotel facil
 ities being closed\, the response was very positive. Tourists\, in particu
 lar\, have shown their appreciation for an initiative that helps them read
  the many signs of time—even the most unfamiliar ones—imprinted on the lan
