Scary Movie, directed by Michael Tiddes, is the sixth installment in the Scary Movie parody film franchise.
Twenty-six years after escaping an all-too-familiar masked killer (“Ghostface”), the Core Four find themselves targeted by the murderer once again—and no horror franchise is safe. Marlon Wayans (“Shorty”), Shawn Wayans (“Ray”), Anna Faris (“Cindy”), and Regina Hall (“Brenda”) reunite in Scary Movie alongside beloved returning cast members and new faces ready to tear apart reboots, remakes, requels, prequels, sequels, spin-offs, elevated horror, origin stories, anything containing the word “legacy,” and every “final chapter” that never really turns out to be the end.
