SYNOPSIS
Innamorarsi e altre Pessime Idee (Falling in Love and Other Terrible Ideas), directed by Simone Aleandri, follows Lino (Lino Guanciale), a successful lawyer whose seemingly perfect life falls apart when his wife, Grazia (Grazia Schiavo), leaves him for the charming chef Paolo (Davide Devenuto).
Determined to win her back, Lino devises an elaborate plan: prove that Paolo is an incorrigible womanizer who will inevitably betray and abandon her. To carry out his scheme, he enlists Sofia (Andrea Delogu), a striking woman entangled in legal troubles with her ex-boyfriend. Lino offers her legal representation, while Sofia agrees to seduce Paolo. Along the way, they are assisted by Lino's eccentric friend Tommy (Claudio Colica) and Sofia's equally unconventional friend Matilde (Ilenia Pastorelli).
But as their carefully orchestrated plan begins to unfold, the unexpected happens. Out of this unlikely partnership emerges something neither of them could have anticipated, proving that love rarely follows the rules—and that the worst ideas can sometimes lead to the most surprising outcomes.
